Police say both El Paso and Dayton shooters bought their guns legally

El Paso and Dayton are more than 1,000 miles apart, but the pain and grief are the same after this weekend's deadly mass shootings. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports people are gathering to heal the heartache, but also that police say the respective shooters bought their guns legally.
