Auto shop employees say crime has increased since navigation center opened, police offer few details
The recent attack of a woman outside her San Francisco apartment has been used by a neighborhood group to argue against the opening of a navigation center in that same area. KTVU's Maureen Naylor reports at an existing navigation center on 680 Bryant, neighbors say crime has gone up since the center for the homeless has opened.
