Child crash victims remembered in Richmond

A vigil of remembrance was held in Richmond Wednesday night for 10 and 13 year-old siblings who were killed in a car crash over the weekend. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports the accident happened on I-5 in Southern California where their mom was driving to see relatives.
