Rush to stock up on supplies in Oakland during PG&E power shutoff

It was a rush to stock up on food and emergency supplies in Oakland on Tuesday ahead of the unprecedented PG&E power shutoff. KTVU's Amber Lee reports on residents gathering flashlights, batteries, small generators and non-perishable foods.
