Board of Supervisors, SF mayor both have mental health plan proposals

San Francisco Mayor London Breed will push her UrgentCare SF mental health plan for the ballot in March 2020. But KTVU's Christien Kafton reports the board of supervisors have been pushing for their opposing plan called Mental Health SF.
