Gov. Newsom to unveil statewide earthquake early warning alert on Loma Prieta anniversary

California Gov. Newsom is expected to announce the launch of the first statewide early earthquake warning app, called 'My Shake' on the 30th anniversary of the Loma Prieta earthquake this Thursday.
