Santa Cruz’s rebuilding process continues 30 years after Loma Prieta earthquake

The Loma Prieta earthquake struck 30 years ago this week. In parts of Santa Cruz, Watsonville and the Santa Cruz Mountains, the rebuilding process continues to this day.
