Are Facebook's security changes enough to prevent social media meddlers from 2020 election misinformation?

Facebook on Monday announced several security changes to the social media platform ahead of the 2020 election. KTVU's Maureen Naylor reports the goals are to fight foreign influence and increase transparency and to reduce misinformation.
