Mixed reaction at Orinda meeting on stricter short-term rental regulations

Tuesday night's city council meeting in Orinda started with a moment of silence for the victims killed in the Halloween-party shooting at an Airbnb rental. There was also mixed reaction on whether the city needs stricter short-term housing regulations in the wake of the violence.
