Suspicious fires near Concord residential area leave neighbors on edge

A dozen suspicious fires have been set since September, the most recent was Tuesday morning in Concord near a residential neighborhood. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports the fires are under investigation by the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.
