Man detained for eating sandwich on BART platform considers lawsuit

Steve Foster, 31 of Concord says he is confused and angry after he was detained on a BART platform by police for eating a sandwich. He says he was singled out because he's black and is now considering suing the transit agency after he posted video of what happened to him.
