Police body-cam video of officer shooting released in case where cops thought umbrella was gun

Santa Rosa police released body-camera video on Friday in connection to an officer involved shooting. It's a case where police thought the suspect was armed with a gun, but it turned out to be an umbrella. Henry Lee reports.
