Santa Clara County declares coronavirus emergency

The two-week quarantine is over today. Nearly 200, evacuees are preparing to leave the base in San Diego. No one tested positive for the coronavirus there. Here in the Bay Aera, Santa Clara County is declaring a local emergency. Cristina Rendon reports
