Oakland Police Commission unanimously votes to fire Chief Kirkpatrick

The Oakland Police Commission in a closed-door meeting Thursday evening unanimously voted, joining Mayor Libby Schaaf, to fire police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick without cause.
