Streets of San Francisco oddly quiet, empty on St. Patrick's Day

Pubs sat mostly empty on Tuesday in San Francisco for the Saint Patrick's Day holiday. It also happened to be the first full day of the shelter-in-place order to help slow the spread of COVID-19 which has gripped the world in a pandemic.
