Man refuses to wear mask at Oakland 7-Eleven, accused of vandalizing store

Most people are obeying health orders by wearing masks at stores and other essential businesses. KTVU's Henry Lee reports a man is accused of refusing to wear a mask at an Oakland hills 7-Eleven and also of vandalizing the store.
