San Jose Mayor Liccardo says goal is to keep George Floyd protests as peaceful as possible

San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo confirms there has been damage to at least one police patrol vehicle and that the downtown George Floyd protests on Friday have been declared an unlawful assembly.
