Residents say man ripping down BLM posters repeatedly let go by Petaluma police

The mayor of Petaluma is getting involved in a running battle at a park where a man from the neighborhood has repeatedly attempted to rip down Black Lives Matter signs. Residents said police have let the man ride away on his bicycle after altercations and that they are provoking the man.
