Federal civil rights lawsuit filed against CHP on behalf of Erik Salgado's family

Oakland civil rights attorney John Burris filed a civil rights lawsuit on behalf of Erik Salgado's family over his deadly shooting at the hands of three California Highway Patrol officers. The family is asking for the officers to be named and for video of the shooting to be released.
