Homeless encampment takes over Oakland tennis courts, neighbors complain

Neighbors say the homeless encampment at Oakland's Athol Plaza has gone unchecked during the pandemic. KTVU's Amber Lee counted 13 tents at the site on Tuesday. She also spoke with neighbors and encampment residents.
