Source: Vallejo police Lt., who is head of union, placed on leave

Vallejo police Lieutenant Michael Nichelini, head of Vallejo Police Officers' Association, has been placed on leave after a windshield police shot and killed Sean Monterrosa through was destroyed, a source with the City of Vallejo says.
