Oakland approves plan to allow RVs on vacant residential lots

A three-year pilot program to allow RV owners to park their vehicles on vacant lots with residential owners consent aims to alleviate the issue of homelessness and gives the homeowner a tax break. But not everyone is a fan of this plan.
