Piedmont will fly BLM flag for month of August instead of the city's flag

Piedmont City Council unanimously voted to fly a Black Lives Matter flag for the month of August in place of the city's flag. They will also take a closer look at city policies that have historically discriminated against Black residents as part of a resolution.
