Officer in Monterrosa case was 'trigger happy' family's lawyer claims

Civil Rights Attorney John Burris held a news conference on Thursday to announce a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of Sean Monterrossa's family against the City of Vallejo and Vallejo Police Officer Jarrett Tonn.
