Many kindergartners didn't show up online for first day back at a Fruitvale elementary school

Oakland's first day back to school had mixed reviews. Almost everyone agrees there's room for improvement. As many 40% of the kindergartners at a Fruitvale District elementary school didn't show up online. It isn't clear what the reason was.
