California Gov. Newsom surprises, disappoints with vetoes

California Gov. Gavin Newsom continues to be unpredictable when it comes to signing and vetoing proposed laws. Newsom concluded the legislative session on Wednesday and left allies and fellow Democrats disappointed with some of his moves.
