California military base to receive 10,000 doses of COVID vaccine

Vandenberg Air Force Base says it is set to receive 10,000 doses of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine in December. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports on some of the challenges with the vaccine's distribution.
