Family of Black doctor who delivered Kamala Harris reflects on his legacy

Kamala Harris is days away from her swearing-in as vice president, becoming the first Black woman to hold the position. KTVU's Cristina Rendon spoke with a Bay Area family whose connection to Harris goes back to the 1960s.
