Mysterious circumstances surrounding Richmond teen athlete’s disappearance

A Richmond high-school student has been missing since last Wednesday. Officials say there was some sort of dispute between him and his ride-share driver that led to 17-year-old Antione Whitley to exit the vehicle. He was last seen on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge.
