Bay Area student relocating to Texas to resume in-person sports

A San Jose parent is relocating his 11th grader son to Texas to live with his uncle so he can resume in-person sports and possibly in-person learning. KTVU's Azenith Smith reports the boy's father has lost hope with his local school district on a plan to return to classrooms.
