Brother says suspected Colorado gunman was bullied, mentally ill

The brother of the suspected gunman who carried out a deadly mass shooting in Colorado said the 21-year-old was bullied and mentally ill. However, KTVU legal analyst Michael Cardoza says guilty by reason of insanity won't stand in this case.
