Victim’s daughter identifies tenant in apparent landlord dispute turned fatal

The daughter of a man killed in an apparent Antioch landlord-tenant dispute says she was trying to reconnect with her estranged father over the past two years. He was shot and killed outside of his home on Wednesday.
