A look back at a special orphanage that took in Asian children

73-year-old old Janet Chang is part of special sorority. She’s a former resident of the Ming Quong Home – an orphanage that once sat on this site. Opened in 1936, it was one of the few, if any places, that provided services for Asian orphans. Jesse Gary reports
