Vigil held for Roger Allen, man shot and killed by Daly City police

Family members say Roger Allen, who was shot and killed by Daly City police last month, was racially profiled when he encountered police on the road. During his encounter, police said they thought his BB gun was a real gun. Daly City police will now get body cameras as a result of this fatal shooting.
