1 dead, another hospitalized in San Francisco hit-and-run traffic collision

A fatal hit-and-run traffic collision near San Francisco City Hall involved two vehicles and two pedestrians. One person was killed and another victim is in critical condition. Witnesses told police a truck ran a red light and after the collision, one of the drivers involved fled on foot.
