Newsom speaks at scene of VTA mass shooting: "What the hell is going on in the United States of America"

Gov. Gavin Newsom traveled to the VTA rail yard in San Jose and spoke early Wednesday afternoon. About 7 hours earlier, a mass shooting carried out by VTA employee Samuel James Cassidy killed 9, including the gunman.
