Rep. Barbara Lee on the significance of making Juneteenth a federal holiday

Congresswoman Barbara Lee who represents parts of Northern California's East Bay and Oakland, was there as President Joe Biden signed a law making Juneteenth a federal holiday. She tells KTVU the holiday is important because it allows the truth to be told and connects enslaved African Americans and systemic racism still being felt today.
