Pfizer's COVID booster vaccine dilemma

Pfizer says a third dose of its COVID-19 vaccination would boost immunity and be five to 10 times more effective than just two doses. But many health officials say that's the wrong focus with so many Americans and people worldwide still unvaccinated.
