Suspicious package causes 5-block evacuation radius in Oakland's Jack London Square

Oakland police say an anonymous bomb threat was phoned in shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday, and officers discovered an item inside of a building in the area described by the caller. The Alameda County bomb squad is responding, police said.
