Victim of hit-and-run says man who used car on him had 'murderous intent'

The victim of a hit-and-run in the Oakland hills, said a man in his twenties used his vehicle as a weapon, struck him and drove off. Miraculously the victim did not need to go to the hospital. Police are investigating the incident that was captured on video.
