San Jose mayor Sam Liccardo calls for resignation of County Sheriff Laurie Smith

San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo called for the resignation of Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith, following a myriad of missteps, an in-custody death, and at least one criminal investigation into bribery, KTVU's Jesse Gary reports.
