Benicia approves indoor mask mandate

Benicia City Council on Tuesday approved an indoor mask mandate. The city is the only one in Solano County to require masks indoors regardless of vaccination status. Officials say the mandate is not because the city is a COVID hotspot, but because they cannot control who comes to town and that they get a lot of visitors.
