RFK assassin moves closer to freedom with help of 2 Kennedys
The man convicted of assassinating Sen. Robert F Kennedy back in 1968 was granted parole on Friday. Sirhan Sirhan, 77, has spent the last 53 years behind bars for the murder. Two of Kennedy's sons said they support Sirhan's release from prison. But as KTVU legal analyst Michael Cardoza explains, that decision is up to the governor.
