Scott Peterson blocked as witness in trial of alleged Kristin Smart killer

Testimony from Scott Peterson will not be allowed at the trial of Paul Flores who is accused of murdering Kristin Smart, a judge decided. Flores' defense wanted to hear testimony from Peterson, who was convicted of his wife's murder. Flores, Smart and Peterson attended Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo at the time of Smart's disappearance.
