Family of man killed by FBI agent want answers, surveillance video confiscated by law enforcement

The family of a man killed by an FBI agent in Oakland this week, held a vigil for him and want answers about the circumstances surrounding his death. A store owner where the shooting happened says law enforcement confiscated his surveillance video and equipment and he has not been able to see what was captured on video.
