Hayward police say they're noticing fentanyl in a new soft, colorful form

Hayward police and Alameda County Sheriff's Department say fentanyl, the powerful opioid, has turned up in the Bay Area in a new malleable and colorful form. With record overdoses, they want people to be aware of the drug's danger.
