Evacuation warnings and orders issued in San Mateo and Santa Cruz counties

Officials in San Mateo and Santa Cruz counties have begun issuing evacuation warnings and orders due to the risk of flooding and debris flows in hilly areas, many of which suffered damage from wildfires last year.
