2-year-old ID'd as victim of fatal Oakland freeway shooting

The president of Oakland's Chamber of Commerce identified the 23-month-old boy killed over the weekend by a stray bullet traveling on the freeway as Jasper Wu of Fremont. Allie Rasmus reports
