Ruptured gas line prompts shelter in place order in San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO - The San Francisco Fire Department is asking residents near the 1900 block of Baker Street to shelter in place as crews work to cap a ruptured gas line.
The incident was first Tweeted by San Francisco Firefighters Union Local 798 at 11:51 a.m.
Officials say people should avoid traveling to the area, and road closures and severe traffic delays should be expected for the time being.
