October 10 is World Mental Health Day and KTVU is talking with an expert from Kaiser Permanente about the uptick in levels of depression and anxiety since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. More than 1 in 5 adults live with mental illness, according to the CDC while nearly a third of American high school students say they have experienced poor mental health.
